What to Do If You Are Eligible But Payment Not Received

If your 8070 reply shows you are eligible but you still did not receive the payment or Nigahban card message, you should contact the official helpline 1000. In many cases, if your survey record is already available, payment can be processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
